Description
Treatment Trends, Inc. is looking for a full-time HR Manager to join our administrative team! This role will take ownership of the payroll and benefits function and HRIS (iSolved) administration, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. As the main point of contact for employee issues, the HR Manager supports program leadership and identifies ways to enhance satisfaction and retention for our 100+ employees.
Role and Responsibilities
The HR Manager will support administrative and program staff, in accordance with TTI policies and procedures. Major responsibilities include:
- Complete payroll processing, ensuring accurate payroll and proper adherence to time clock, time off, and overtime policies, and act as a liaison between TTI and payroll vendor
- Facilitate onboarding of new employees, including but not limited to: posting of open positions and dissemination of applications to hiring managers, as well as background checks, new hire paperwork, and policy training
- Conduct employee new hire and exit interviews, reporting summary findings and making recommendations to leadership
- Maintain complete and accurate personnel files and electronic employee records relating to job descriptions, changes in employment conditions, policy acknowledgements, benefits eligibility/enrollments, job performance, etc.
- Be a point of contact for employee concerns related to payroll, benefits, and personnel policies, and participate in the design and implementation of such policies
- Support program leadership in the uniform application of company policies, including disciplinary action, warnings, and performance reviews
- Participate in the benefits renewal process, including open enrollment, and audit enrollment records for company plans
- Assist in the preparation and execution of employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and employee retention efforts
- Seek out learning opportunities for staff members and coordinate trainings for internal and external stakeholders, as well as maintain training and certifications records
- Support employee and organizational safety by acting as Chair or Vice-chair of the Safety Committee, and managing worker’s compensation claims reporting
- Support compliance processes, such as licensing, credentialing, contracting
- Assist in Administrative team duties, such as answering phones, mail
- Attend meetings and supervision, as requested

Requirements
Minimum Associate’s Degree or certificate (SHRM-CP or HRCI) in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role with HR responsibilities, including payroll processing.
